Sonya Weiland, President and Founder of both WeilandWorks Consulting and Your Partner In HR, has focused her career on building positive team environments and is a recognized strategic partner in HR to many organizations in the Cleveland Area.
Our Team
Marinika Beaver, with 15 years of diversified HR experience, joined WeilandWorks Consulting as an HR Consultant. Currently she supports small to medium size companies to meet their Human Resources needs.
Kate Dashner, Senior Consultant and Founder of Simple HR Solutions, is an accomplished Human Resources professional with over 15 years as a generalist practitioner.
Shirley Hunter, Consultant is well-respected, and she has a passion for employees and education. She is an HR Consultant with WeilandWorks Consulting and Training Consultant with Corporate College.
